We make our furniture where we live. Everything is built at our shop in Portland, Oregon. Our supplies, materials, and even our shipping boxes are purchased from local, family-owned companies whenever possible. We do not purchase production supplies from Amazon, Home Depot, or Uline. We believe in supporting the community that supports us by keeping our spending in the hands of other local businesses.

Most furniture is built and ready to ship within four to six weeks. Each piece is handmade to order by our team in Portland, Oregon. Build times may vary slightly during busy periods or for custom orders.

The body of our furniture is made from Pacific Coast maple, a local and sustainable hardwood grown exclusively in the Pacific Northwest. The tabletops are made from oak, providing a solid, dense platform for your turntable. The horizontal shelves are made from birch-ply, helping ensure that our furniture will not warp or wobble, regardless of the climate.

The capacity of each piece varies and is listed in the specific product description. You can typically fit three to four records per inch of space. Avoid overcrowding your records, as this can damage the outer jackets.

It is best practice to store your records upright in plastic outer sleeves. To take it a step further, remove the record from the jacket and store it behind the jacket inside the outer plastic sleeve. This helps prevent ring wear on your album covers.

Yes, you heard right—shipping is free within the United States! Our apologies to everyone outside the U.S.; international shipping is not free. Hit us up through the site chat for a shipping quote.

All of our furniture arrives fully assembled — you just add the legs. Not only is this much easier for you, but it also allows the furniture to be made the right way. We use real wood, traditional joinery methods, and, most importantly, glue. This ensures that each and every piece is built to last.

Smaller pieces are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground. We use our own custom packaging made from recycled foam that is manufactured right here in Portland. You do not need to be home for delivery. Furniture will be left in the place where you typically receive packages.

Irving, Hamilton, Lowboy, and Elliott pieces are shipped either through our small group of independent delivery services or via freight. Traditional tracking is not available for these methods. You will receive a separate email with shipping information and will be contacted to schedule your delivery. Someone must be at the location to sign for the delivery. Delivery is curbside only. If you need inside delivery, arrangements can be made for an additional fee.

Even with our custom-engineered and tested packaging, things occasionally break. Not to worry, though—all of our shipments are insured. We will send a replacement out as soon as possible or come up with a solution that works best for you.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us through the “Message Us” chat on our homepage and include a few photos. Please send your message through one contact method so we can keep everything organized and respond as quickly as possible.

Whether you want to add a few inches to a table, make it a little taller, or create something that has been living in your head forever, we can make it happen. Contact us through the “Message Us” chat on our homepage and let us know what you’re thinking!

Each piece comes with leg installation instructions and predrilled holes. If, for some reason, the holes are not there, refer to the diagram in the instructions for proper placement. You can drive the screws directly into the wood. I promise, you will not ruin it.

If there is ever an issue with your piece related to the structural integrity of the build, we will replace it free of charge. This does not include damage caused by misuse, dropping, your dog chewing it, or a bad breakup. If you ever have an issue, send us a few photos and we will get right on it.

We do ship internationally! Please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

We accept cancellations within three days of purchase. If you receive your item in good condition and would still like to return it, we can accept the return, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If you have any issues, just let us know. I’m sure we can come up with a solution!
